#82

Lions and tigers eat people,

But loneliness eats the soul

Alone we can do many things,

But alone we are not whole.

Something rubs blisters inside our skin,

And our hearts soon turn gray.

It whispers and screams deep within,

And makes us start to pray.

It makes our heads grow cloudy and full,

As red curtains taunt the raging bull.

If it stays, the skin may go away.
